What happens in it
- You describe a workflow you already know is painful. We trace it one or two layers, out loud, with you.
- We tell you what we would need to see to answer it properly, and what we could not answer.
- If it is useful to both of us, we scope a two-week pilot on one function. If it is not, we say so.
Need a different length?
Thirty minutes is the usual first conversation. Take the short one if you only want to know whether we are the right people, and the longer ones when you want a workflow taken apart on the call.
